Nick J. DiGiovanni began his full-time mediation and arbitration practice in 2023 after more than 35 years of practice in commercial litigation where he concentrated on reinsurance and insurance-related issues.  As a seasoned litigator in this field, Mr. DiGiovanni was frequently asked to informally mediate disputes, eventually leading to his departure from his law firm in order concentrate full time on mediation and arbitration.
